    • Last Day of School
      • The final day of the 2008—2009 school year is almost here!  Please ask your child if there is anything he or she needs to provide for the end-of-the-year parties on Friday, May 15.  Thank you for another great year! 

    • Internationals Practices
      • Practices for music and dramas have started up again.  Please keep your child accountable for practicing at home and communicating their after-school practices with you.  Thank you! 
    • Internationals Payment
      • A note went home with your child regarding their balance for International Competition.  Please help them make sure they keep up with their payments.  The second of three payments is due today, May 8.  Thank you! 

    • Powder Puff Football
      • When MCA started a guys’ flag football team, you thought you’d seen it all.  Well, brace yourself, because things are about to get one step crazier—girls’ powder puff football!  You won’t want to miss the one and only game on Tuesday, May 12.  Come to the Airport Drive Park at 6:00 P.M. for the best entertainment you’ve had for a long time.  See you there!
        o Lunches
        Plan for PBJ sandwiches because there will be no lunches sold this week!
    • Music Recital
      • Don’t forget to come hear our little Mozarts on Thursday, May 14, at 7:00 P.M.  The Spring Music Recital will be an enjoyable evening for everyone, so please make plans to be there. 
    • Pre-registration
      • The deadline for the pre-registration discount is quickly approaching!  If you register for the 2009-2010 school year by May 30, you will pay only $225 per child.  After May 30, however, the price will increase to $250.  Please stop by the office to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
    • Graduation
      • MCA is proud to announce the advancement of another kindergarten class.  The kindergarten graduation ceremony will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 18, in the MCA auditorium.  This will also be the awards ceremony for K—8th grade.  Please make sure your child communicates which food item your family is responsible to bring.  Thank you!
      • It’s finally time to congratulate our seniors for the culmination of their hard work.  Join us at 7:00 P.M. for some pomp and circumstance on Tuesday, May 19 at First Baptist Church of Pharr.  We ask that each family with high school students be present.  See you there!
